The Dayton Tea Party had about 8,000 attendees for their rally held on Wednesday, April 15 at Courthouse Square in downtown Dayton.“The City of Dayton Police Officers who provided security at the rally estimated the attendance to be about 8,000 total,” said Rob Scott, co-founder of the Dayton Tea Party. “The Dayton Tea Party was the largest in Ohio and one of the largest in the U.S.”“We are beyond pleased with the number people who showed,” said Perry Reynolds, co-founder of the Dayton Tea Party
